Water Street Brewery - The Brewery

In 1987 we redeveloped the Tinicum Flats building at 1101 N Water St into Milwaukee’s first brewpub. Now in 2022, we are opening back up with a re-envisioned concept named, the Brewery. Showcasing the original 1889 cream city brick paired with our unique collection of memorabilia, local artwork, and neon signage helped capture the feel of the original building.

We offer casual small plate dining and award-winning, a handcrafted beer brewed on-site. Located in the heart of Milwaukee's entertainment district, our guests can expect DJs, pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, and lounge style seating for private parties and to watch your favorite sports team!
