FlyteCo is Central Park's premiere eatertainment destination and is looking for an experienced, creative, and professional Marketing Manager. The Marketing manager is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies, oversees all content creation for digital / onsite marketing materials, and promotional events. Events are extremely important to FlyteCo’s guests and our brand. The Marketing Manager will independently and with the support of the team create on site/off site events that showcase all the diverse amenities FlyteCo has to offer. Job Responsibilities:
Create content for FlyteCo Tower website, posters, and monitor / update regularly.
Email Newsletters - creation and sending 2x/month; data mining and cleaning
Onsite events - creation and/or management of comedy shows, trivia nights, sports leagues, musical acts and annual/monthly events to drive guest traffic into the Tower
Public website calendar → events added to Tripleseat so Hosts are always up-to-date
Grow subscribers & interactions to our online accounts
Capture of photos/videos at these events to help with promotion
Work with the private events team to jointly promote the Tower with various segments - hotels, hospitals, public and private schools, aviation groups, etc.
Create/Post/Manage all aspects of digital marketing - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok videos
Monitor Guest feedback on all digital platforms - Tripadvisor, Yelp, Google, Facebook
Takes the lead on posting on the website for weather delays or closures
Work with BOH/Kitchen/Brewing for regular/weekly, Holiday food promotion specials
Responsible for the keeping current and updating the website pages & calendar events
Merchandise- collaborate with management team to create designs and sales forecasts
Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time/project management and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
